What is a Towable Boom Lift? Image of a Boom Lift

The towable boom lift is also known as a man lift, basket crane, cherry picker, towable aerial lift and towable lift. A versatile and essential piece of equipment on farms, construction sites and industrial settings it features a flat platform or open bucket attached to a hydraulic arm, which makes it easier for workers to access unreachable locations.  Towable Boom Lifts are favored over ladders by users for their versatility and additional safety.

What Makes a Towable Boom Lift Different?

Simply put, it's different from a Boom Lift because it can be towed behind a truck. Towable Boom Lifts are perfect for workers that don't have access to a flatbed trailer, making them easy to shift from one jobsite to another. Towable boom lifts feature an open bucket which makes them easy to work from and keeps the workers much safer.  Towable boom lifts are also insulated from electricity due to the rubber tires. The operator on towable boom lifts usually have their own set of controls making getting to the right location to work more comfortably easier.
